Seedheads are a San Diego-based reggae band crafting heavy grooves, dub-influenced soundscapes, and lyrics that cut through noise. Rooted in classic reggae spirit but shaped by a modern ear, Seedheads move between warm, laid back melodies and marching, anthem-like moments.

At the core, Seedheads write about real change: self-discovery, rebellion, love, protecting what’s real, and choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable.
